I gotta say, I got some serious bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was super spacious and comfortable, and I couldn't have asked for more. The location was great, with the Sky Train station just a short walk away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. But the best part was definitely the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. They helped us navigate the city, recommended some amazing places to visit, and even brought my phone to our room when I left it in the lobby. Talk about top-notch service!
The morning meal could have been a bit better. It wasn't bad by any means, but it would have been nice to have a bit more variety or some additional options.

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with a relaxing and pleasant scent. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and airport. We also enjoyed meeting fellow travelers who were long-term residents in the building, who gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do. The nearby Rain Hill square provided all the essentials we needed, including currency exchange, ATMs, and a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel facilities included two pools, offering different experiences, and the 43rd-floor view was absolutely breathtaking.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

Great value for money! Enjoyed the location and accessibility to key transit options. the gym and pool facilities were an added bonus to stay fit during the trip. the rooms are spacious and provide all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The design of the terrace was not well-planned and the cleanliness of the room could have been better. A few more touches of care would have made the stay much better.

I had an amazing stay at this four-star hotel! The location couldn't be better - surrounded by cafes, shops, and bars. The room was more than I expected, it felt like a spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and a huge, comfortable bed. And oh, the view from the observation deck on the 46th floor was simply breathtaking. I also enjoyed a refreshing dip in the nice swimming pool. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great added bonus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

My Easter break was amazing! The large and comfortable room was a real bargain. The location of the hotel is very convenient, being situated in a nice and bustling area with easy access to transportation and delicious local restaurants. The pool area was a great add-on that made the stay even more enjoyable.
After the first day, the cleaning was not thorough enough and some items were left untouched. the breakfast options nearby were very limited.

Mind-blowing apartment with a jaw-dropping city view. Super location, close to train station and tons of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and sparkling clean rooms with comfy beds. Daily cleaning of rooms, supplying fresh towels and toiletries. Fully equipped gym available and amazing. Flawless wi-fi, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and air conditioning. The outdoor pool, although closed for renovations, would definitely be a hit for the kids. This hotel is an absolute value for money with no faults whatsoever.
